To make an informed recruitment decision, to carry our statutory checks and to keep the DBS and other similar authorities up to date on any concerning matters that arise
Data collected on clients / contacts
Your name and contact details i.e. address, contact telephone numbers and email, information about your family, children, business and interests, languages spoken at home How is the data collected? Data collected on Referees and past employers of an Eden applicant
Your name and contact details i.e. Name, contact telephone number and email, date of employment of the applicant How is the data collected? From your past employee via an application form or written references you provided them with email, phone number and or address Why is the data colected? Legitimate interest, to ensure suitability and carry out a fair recruitment process How do we use and may share your information? To make an informed decision as to whether they are suitable for a position, your references are shared with prospect employers, HR managers and anyone making a recruitment decision to ensure suitability of candidates put forward for client vacancies, introduce suitable candidates to clients and carry out a fair recruitment process when placing candidates.
Invoices

To enable us to comply with any record or audit requests from HMRC and other regulatory bodies
Overseas transfers
Tailores Staff may transfer the information you provide to us to countries outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’) for the purposes of providing you with work-finding services. We will take steps to ensure adequate protections are in place to ensure the security of your information. The EEA comprises the EU member states plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
How long we keep your information
Candidates & Clients: Tailored Staff will maintain records of both Clients and candidates for 10 years for the purposes of providing you of services relating to the employment.
We may monitor and record communications with you (such as emails) for quality assurance and compliance.

Cookies allow us to keep track of the areas of the site you visit and thereby offer you easy access to the information you find most relevant. Marketing
We would like to send you information by email or text message about our services which may be of interest to you. We will only ask whether you would like us and other businesses to send you marketing messages when you tick the relevant boxes when you complete our enquiry form for the first time. If you have consented to such receive marketing from us you can opt out at any time.
Keeping your personal information secure
We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. Candidate declaration and confidentiality agreement
Please take note of the following information when registering with Tailored Staff.

Thank you for choosing to register with Tailored Staff Ltd. We are here to assist you with your job search, whether it's for a permanent or temporary position.

We kindly request that you agree to this confidentiality agreement, which prohibits you from disclosing the name of any client or the details of any position discussed with you by a Tailored Staff consultant, under any circumstances.
As a registered candidate of Tailored Staff Ltd, you confirm that all information provided during the registration process is true and accurate. You have not withheld any information that could impact your future employment. You understand that Tailored Staff Ltd will collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as part of our legitimate interest in providing job placement services. Your CV will not be sent to any client without your prior authorisation.
You acknowledge that if your prospective employer intends to offer you a job, they or Tailored Staff consultant may reach out to your referees for verification or reference purposes.
In the event that a client expresses interest in hiring you directly during a temporary assignment, you recognise and accept that Tailored Staff has the authority to either charge the client an introduction/transfer fee or extend the duration of the hiring period with the client.
