In her role, Kate has successfully managed a portfolio of private properties, assets, and teams, setting a high standard of work ethic characterized by precision, determination, and a focus on delivering long-term solutions.
Having worked in a demanding industry for more than a decade, where the right choice of employees is crucial for risk management and smooth operations, Kate appreciates the significance of effective recruitment.
However, fueled by a strong desire to bring positive change to the recruitment market, Kate realized that her ambition to make a difference outweighed the allure of a well-paid job.
